Endodontics has evolved so much that it has revolutionized the practice!
Two decades of research and experience with nickel-titanium (NiTi) rotary instruments have led to the discovery of a new concept in expanding files: the XP-3D+ adaptive files. This represents a revolution in terms of simplicity, efficiency, and safety, as these files expand within the canal, allowing oval or irregularly shaped canals to be cleaned and disinfected without compromising the structural integrity of the treated tooth. This allows for faster and safer instrumentation, while minimizing the number of files used compared to conventional techniques. The root canal is thus prepared in a minimally invasive manner, facilitating its obturation using bioceramic materials, and ensuring the success of the endodontic treatment.
