SUMMARY:Anatomically Driven Endodontics: New Technologies and Complex Cases

SUMMARY:Retreatment of Endodontic Failures
DESCRIPTION:Unfortunately for endodontists\, even with the best treatment and latest technology\, a certain percentage of cases will still fail and require retreatment. Case selection and reasons why certain cases fail\, as well as our own limitations in trying to provide heroics will be discussed. DESCRIPTION:This course will acquaint attendees with protocols for successful endodontic treatment outcome\, optimal debridement\, disinfection of the root canal space\, and single-cone obturation utilizing bioceramic sealer. The integration of dentin conservation\, sealing of the root/coronal spaces in conjunction with preserving the integrity of the residual clinical crown will be detailed. Minimally invasive 3D cleaning resulting from virtual core NiTi instrumentation and bioceramic root filling technologies will be explained and demonstrated.
